Accounts Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Singapore practice, assisting the Accountant to manage accounting and tax compliance functions across a portfolio of clients in Singapore and Australia. You will work across diverse industries, delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Full training and procedures will be provided for Australian client work. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for assigned client portfolios.  

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and period end adjustments.  

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.  

• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules as required. 

• Prepare GST submission and statutory reporting requirements  

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field 

• 1-2 years accounting experience in audit or accounting  

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills  

• Well organized and attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated  

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
