Roles & Respon
• Perform standard accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
• Generate monthly sales reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for financial tracking.
• Report to the manager on financial matters, including company account reports, budget calculations, and financial planning.
• Monitor monthly and yearly financial goals and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Take over colleagues' tasks when they are on leave to ensure smooth operations.
• Support administrative duties such as document filing, handling emails, and coordinating internal office matters.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to handle Proforma Invoices (PI), Delivery Orders (DO), and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Responsible in other accounts and related admin works.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Accounting software
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Good team player, meticulous, highly numerate and detail oriented
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
•Proficient in ERP / ODOO system will be an advantage
