ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Managing and handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
• Perform timely month-end financial statements and consolidation reports
• Involve budgeting/forecasting and cash flow management
• supporting all subsidiaries overseas
• Laise with external auditors and tax agents in year end audit
• Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Understanding of Accounting Principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Program and Accounting Software
• Self-motivated and able to able to work independently
