Accounts Executive

• Salary: $2,800 to $4,000

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Location: Marymount (Walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients.

2. Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST returns.

3. Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation for year-end closing and audit purposes.

4. Prepare unaudited financial statements.

5. Handle corporate and personal tax filings and submissions.

6. Assist with payroll administration, including salary computation, payslip preparation, and CPF submissions.

7. Perform administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.

• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
