Job Description - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Record and process all business transactions within the organisations accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting.
Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, finance costs and corporate vehicles.
Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
Assists in month-end accounts closing and year-end audit and tax related matters.
Print and mailing of invoices.
Process payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Involved in finance-related projects and systems testing.
Assist in purchasing, shipping, and logistics coordination.
Any other related tasks as assigned by the Management.
