Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Bukit Merah
Salary: Up to $4,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Perform project accounting, project costing, and budget monitoring
• Prepare monthly Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports
• Review and prepare AR/AP aging reports
• Provide project and financial analysis support
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Process payroll and submit Auto Inclusion Scheme (AIS) records to IRAS
• Prepare GST and tax submissions
• Support inventory control and other accounting-related administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Technical Skills Needed: 

• Project Costing
• Progress Billing
• Retention Sum Accounting
• Work-in-Progress (WIP)
• Familiar with FRS 11 / FRS 115
• Proficient in Sage 300
• PO Module, Project & Job Costing Module, Inventory Control Module
• Knowledge of GST and tax submissions
