Job Summary

Kick-start your accounting career with a fully remote role where you will prepare financial records, perform reconciliations, support closing activities, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity in a collaborative virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Perform data entry and reconcile accounts to support accurate financial reporting
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain cash flow accuracy
• Create accounting reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial closure
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to streamline accounting tasks and improve efficiency
• Manage additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through accounting tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance work productivity
• Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer and reliable high-speed internet connection

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Work Setup

• 100% Remote / Work From Home
