Accounts Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of our financial operations and ensure our readiness for year-end audits. This is a crucial role for an individual who is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and is adept at handling diverse accounting functions within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts (
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate and prepare comprehensive year-end audit schedules and documentation.
• Liaise effectively with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls within the finance department.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
