Accounts Executive

Accounts Executive (Tuas, Singapore)

Responsibilities:

· Generate invoice, credit note and statement

· Handles AR & GL functions

· Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

· Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

· Support coordination to ensure payments appropriately and timely processed

· Generate weekly reports

· Assist with company’s financial accounting & administration whenever as required

· Perform sales support and other administrative duties

· Enhance current accounting operations to achieve accurate and efficient month end closing reports

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or related fields

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· Good PC literacy

· Good command of English

· Good communications and interpersonal skill with strong sense or responsibility

· Meticulous and accurate with positive attitude

· Candidate with Xero, Infotech & Zetta working experiences is an added advantage.
