Job Summary

You will manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records to support the company’s financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payables transactions daily to ensure accurate financial data
• Prepare full sets of accounts for various entities to maintain comprehensive financial records
• Perform credit control activities for accounts receivables to manage outstanding payments and reduce credit risk
• Process accounts payable payments accurately and timely to maintain good vendor relationships
• Monitor inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and balance sheet schedules to support financial reporting and audits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and report financial information
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage
