Job Description - Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
Support daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, andbasic financial tasks. Ideal for someone with a Diploma in Accounting/Financeand basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and daily bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of Tax and Audit
  • Match invoices, PO, and DO
  • Support month-end closing and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain filing of accounting documents
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance/admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting entries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous, organised, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in Sage 300 ACCPAC and TNO ERP accounting system preferred.
  • Five-and-half-day work week.
