Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions to ensure compliance with management and statutory reporting. Prepare audit reports, reconciliations, payment instructions, and coordinate inter-company transactions to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-spectrum accounting functions aligned with management and statutory reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly audit reports, schedules, bank reconciliations, quarterly GST reports, and government statistics reports as needed
• Generate reimbursement invoices and inter-company billing accurately and timely
• Develop payment proposals based on due dates and obtain necessary approvals
• Create payment instructions (GIRO, FAST, TT) with complete supporting documents for approval
• Coordinate and reconcile inter-company transactions with affiliated companies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate audits and compliance
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for financial documents
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP system
