ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Ledger Management (AP & AR): Process and track client invoicing and vendor biling.
• Progressive Claim: Prepare, submit, track and monitor.
• Credit Control
• Small Claims Tribunal: Apply and attend where neccessary.
• Bank Reconciliation
• GST: Verify, prepare and submit in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support annual audit.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or LCCI.
• Ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an Advantage.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and a strong team player.
