Accounts Executive (1-year Contract/ MNC) - URGENT

• Maintain the company's Fixed Assets Register, ensuring all assets are properly recorded through an Annual Physical Count.
• Assist in closing monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts accurately and on time, reporting to local auditors and Headquarters in Japan.
• Resolve any discrepancies swiftly to meet deadlines, collaborating with relevant parties to prevent future issues.
• Collect and organize data for reporting in the Statutory Audited Report.
• Coordinate with auditors and legal counsel to ensure accurate documentation for annual accounts.
• Review and update operational procedures and controls documentation.
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and prepare tax and audit schedules.
• Support divisions in processing transactions and completing month-end closing tasks.
• Undertake additional tasks or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in related industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• SAP Experience is an advantage
