Accounts Executive (2-Year Renewable Contract), $4,500

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Location: Loyang (East)

2-Year Renewable Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Bank & Cash Management, GST, Inventory, and Financial Reporting.
• Process accounting transactions accurately using the ERP system.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, POS reconciliations, and other account reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices and respond to accounting-related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits.
• Assist with GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Participate in fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience in AP, AR, GL, or month-end closing is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
