Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Maintain full set of company account
• Prepare monthly management reports and audit schedules
• Prepare flux analysis for project accounting
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
• Prepare quarterly group reporting schedules for Consolidation team
• Print monthly statement of accounts to customers and prepare monthly collection report
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank, customer, supplier and intercompany accounts
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
• Handle and verify petty cash claims and payments
• Prepare cash flow forecast reports for Treasury team
• Prepare GST returns for quarterly GST filing
• Assist in preparing documents for annual audit
• Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or partial ACCA
• 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure with positive work attitude and cope with tight deadlines
• Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office skills
• Pro-active and results-oriented
• Meticulous and pleasant personality
• Good team player

Additional

• 5 days work week
• Transport pickup at Jurong East/Clementi/Choa Chu Kang MRT Stations
