Job Description - Accounts Executive

A well-established marine company located in Tuas is seeking a Accounts Executive on permanentposition.

Benefits

S$ 3500 - 4000 per month
Variable Bonus (3 to 5 months last year)
Insurance covered for: Group H&S, Group Term Life, Group PA and Workmen Compensation Insurance
Other leaves as per MOM regulations
8 am to 5:30 pm Mon to Fri
Shuttle Bus at designated MRT stations

Responsibilities

In charge in maintaining full sets of account of subsidiaries
Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS (actual vs budget: actual vs prior period)
Prepare GST submission
Assists in monthly POC, computation for revenue and cost recognition (including monthly
allocation, cost accruals, project progress, etc)
Assists in year end audit and tax
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
