Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Full range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Prepare monthly schedules for financial and management reporting within the stipulated timeline.
• Ensure all accounts receivable & payable reconciliations and follow-up are compliant with policies and regulations.
• Prepare and collate schedules required for internal and external audits.
• Call for quotations for the various types of insurance.
• Prepare statement of account for Global Classroom Programmes.
• Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA financial system will be an advantage.
• Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is required.
• Able to multi-task, work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Team Player with the ability to work independently with all levels of staff.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
