Accounts Executive 5 Days Paya Lebar

Salary: SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,500, depending on experience
Location: Paya Lebar area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and full set of accounts.
• Prepare payment schedules and follow up on payment matters.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
• Manage accounting documents, financial transactions, and audit-related matters.
• Prepare daily sales reports, bank balance reports, credit card reconciliation, and bank transaction updates.
• Handle GST submission, fixed asset depreciation reports, commission statements, petty cash, and reimbursements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other external parties on accounting matters.
• Support monthly inventory stocktake, asset disposal, write-off, and e-commerce payment reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / LCCI in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
