Our client is a Public Listed company in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Accounts Executive (AP/AR).

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process invoices and batch payments for suppliers.
• Conduct supplier balance reconciliations.
• Maintain organized filing of invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare accrual listings for month-end closing.
• Execute month-end closing reclassifications and revaluations.
• Generate AP balance by project reports for month-end closing.
• Process AR invoices based on Quantity Surveyor requests.
• Update Milestone Summary reports and communicate with Management.
• Prepare AR Aging reports and distribute to Management.
• Record receipt entries in JDE upon client payments.
• Send payment reminders to clients with upcoming or overdue invoices.
• Execute month-end closing reclassifications and revaluations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Provide support during annual audits.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
• Min 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in AP/AR
