Accounts Executive

• Responsible for full set of accounts.
• Check and update vendors’ invoices with supporting documents.
• Update and check expense claims and receipts matching.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts
• Other ad-hoc accounting/admin duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Singaporean/PR only
