Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibiities :

• Handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.
• Monthly Payroll, CPF submission and staff claims (less than 20 employees).
• Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities, issue cheques for local expenses and generate TT payments to overseas suppliers.
• To coordinate import shipments and liaise with haulers/shippers.
• Preparation of quarterly GST filing & yearly IR8A submission.
• Involve in half-yearly and yearly stock count.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in Autocount accounting system.
• Produce timely and accurate financial reports (profits, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Any adhoc duties by management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 3 years experiance in relevant scope of work.
• Proficiency in MS Office - Words, Ecel and Outlook.
• Experience in Autocount Software with inventory module.
• Good time management and ability to multi task.
• A team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Able to supervise junior staff to meet work quality and dateline.
• Well spoken and writter English and Mandrin.
• 5 Days Work Week (8.30am - 6.00pm).
