Responsibilities
• Handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation. • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Assist in budget planning and management control procedures. • Handle high volume of transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely. • Manage all aspects of statutory audit and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. • Liaise with various stakeholders including suppliers, clients and auditors. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of related working experience in F&B industry • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline. • Proven experience in full sets of accounts management, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
