Accounts Executive (AP)

Details:

• Permanent Position
• Woodlands / Sembawang area
• Mon-Fri Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment preparation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records through timely data entry in the accounting system.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare audit schedules.
• Manage fixed asset records and perform periodic reconciliations.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and planning to ensure timely payments.
• Support the Senior Accountant with finance operations and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or ERP (CSI) systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
