Accounts Executive (AR), $3,800 5 Days Pioneer

Our Client, a manufacturer of dairy products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Accounts Executive (AR).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Posting of Sales Invoices in Navision

• Processing receipts

• Prepare daily receivable report

• Prepare and submit invoices to the bank for financing

• Prepare credit limit forecast reports to ensure that there is sufficient credit limit prior to sales delivery

• Send Statement of Accounts to customers

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare debit notes and credit notes

• Submit insurance claims

• Perform inventory reconciliation

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years qualifying experience

• Familiar with ERP system, Navision preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred

• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

• Location: Pioneer

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.45am – 5.30pm

• Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
