Accounts Executive (AR/AP, Inter-company & Global Netting)

• 5-Day Work Week: Mondays –Fridays , 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Location: West (Jurong East)
• Basic Salary: Up to S$3,500

A leading logistics and supply chain organisation is seeking a Finance Executive to support inter-company accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) global netting activities within a centralized finance function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inter-company Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) overseas global netting activities
• Perform reconciliation, verification, declaration, settlement and clearance of inter-company balances
• Prepare and maintain AR statements of accounts
• Reconcile AR and AP ageing reports and follow up on outstanding items
• Retrieve invoices and supporting documents from internal systems and overseas offices
• Handle netting declarations and related banking transactions
• Perform SAP clearance and offset activities
• Prepare audit schedules, reports and financial analysis
• Process TT remittances for group netting and overseas agents
• Perform settlement activities through banking systems and netting templates
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, enquiries and disputes promptly
• Maintain proper documentation and electronic filing of supporting records
• Distribute netting outputs and reports to relevant business divisions
• Prepare billing reports for prepaid inter-company charges

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy, Business Finance or related discipline
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
• Prior working experience in shared services, freight forwarding or logistics environments will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP accounting system will be an advantage.
