Accounts Executive

Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Office Location: Boon Lay

Basic: $3500 to $4000 depending on the experience

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in accounting roles.
• Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.

Job scope

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and bank reconciliations. (Key focus is on retail customers.)
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Generate reports for monitoring and analysis, such as AR/AP aging, expense reporting.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• GST submission/Government survey
• Assist in other accounting functions, e.g., intercompany billing/Inventory control.
