Accounts Executive (Contract, West) #HAC

Jobscope

• Assist with daily accounting operations such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on billing or payment matters
• Perform general administrative support for the finance team

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accountancy / Any related course of studies
• Min 2 years of experience in Accounting
