Job Summary:

Experienced accounting professional to manage full-set accounts, reporting, and compliance while supporting business financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and month-end closing
• Oversee credit control processes and drive timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Maintain full sets of accounts for the company and its subsidiaries
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Prepare tax computations and support corporate tax filing requirements
• Maintain General Ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Handle GST reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders on financial matters
• Resolve accounting issues for subsidiaries and follow up on outstanding items
• Support annual audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance with Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with Singapore tax regulations, including GST and corporate tax compliance
• Knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage
• Knowledge of J-SOX compliance requirements is an added advantage
