Accounts Executive (F&B)

Account Executive

Salary: $3500

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions in AR/AP. Maintaining schedules to full set of accounts
• Ensure proper accounting records and procedure are adhered to
• Issuing of statement of account and following up with customers on all outstanding payments
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting queries and issues
• To be in-charge of multiple entities
• Any other duties assigned by management

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalents
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experiences and in F&B/retail industry preferably
• A self-motivated individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Possess good problem solving, analytical and project management skills
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team while possesses drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently too.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm
