ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd invites applications for the post of Accounts Executive for our Finance Department. You will be responsible for providing essential accounting support, managing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role is integral to supporting our business operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting
1. Prepare and maintain monthly management reports
2. Prepare and maintain annual financial statements
3. Maintain and ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
Reconciliation
1. Manage and reconcile company ledgers between SAP and interface system
2. Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are recorded and aligned
3. Maintain and update the fixed assets register
Auditing
1. Assist with internal and external audits
2. Prepare audit schedules and financial statements
3. Liaise and coordiate with auditors on audit data and audit findings
Budgeting
1. Prepare annual forecasts and budgets
2. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate inputs for revenue
Taxation
1. Assist with corporate tax computation
2. Understanding of deferred taxation
Adhoc duties
1. Perform ad-hoc assignments including data validation and documentation
Requirement and Skills
1. Hands on experience with SAP S4 Hana and Oracle
2. Good understanding of accounting principles
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulae and pivot tables
4. Working knowledge of taxation

Education/Qualifications
1. Diploma in Finance
