Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated Accounts Executive to handle the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and timely.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, monthly management reports, and financial statements.

• Manage daily cash flow and monitor outstanding receivables.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and handle corporate tax filings.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries for statutory compliance.

• Assist in administrative and office operations duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Residency: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with bilingual team members and regional stakeholders/counterparties.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
