Accounts Executive (Full Set @JTC Space Tuas)

Accounts Executive

• $2800 - $3200 basic + (performance) bonus

• Work Location: JTC Space Tuas, S639533

• Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 1 half day on Sat every 6weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full set/partial set (AP/AR) of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping

• Prepare for GST submission

• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records

• Assist operation with shipping arrangement

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 years’ experience in full set accounting

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
