Accounts Executive (Full set$4500)

📍 Pioneer | 🕘 Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm | 💰 Up to $4,500/month

Our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing / FMCG / F&B industry, is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounting and support day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing
• Prepare financial reports, management reports and account schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experience
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or F&B industries will be highly preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
