Job Description
Experience in managing Full Sets of accounts, AR, AP, GST.
Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
Monthly bank reconciliation and fixed assets accounting
Assist in tax compliance submissions including GST reporting for Singapore
Preparation of audit schedules and liaising with outsourced Auditors for year end reporting
Handle and participate in any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned, might not be accounts related scope.
Accounting software used is Xero.
Requirements
5 years’ relevant working experience in accounts
Capable of maintaining full set of accounts
A team player with quick learning capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Computer literacy in spreadsheet and accounting software
MUST have at least 1 years exerience in CONSTRUCTION SECTOR
