Accounts Executive (Full-Set)

Location: Robinson Road (Office Might Move to Ubi at year end)

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 9am to 6pm

Salary: $2500- $3500

Occasional overtime may be required during month-end closing due to coordination with overseas teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities (including one dormant company).
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
• Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings.
• Manage the closure of overseas dormant entities where required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Review and account for corporate credit card expenses.
• Prepare payments via Internet Banking, cheque and cash.
• Handle bank administration matters, including forms and correspondence.
• Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and document control.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Immediate Starters preferred.
