Job Description

The Role: (Account Executive) -Group Level

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the finance function within the group.

• Liaise with subsidiaries’ accountants to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports for group reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of group consolidation reports.
• Collect, validate, and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for reporting purposes.
• Support the development and enhancement of interactive dashboards and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting schedules.
• Perform budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
• Utilise relevant systems and tools(e.g. Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing finance projects and initiatives.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments to support business and group requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to group reporting or consolidation.

• Experience in a listed company environment or multi-entity group structure will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across subsidiaries.

• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain ahigh level of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
