Accounts Executive (Logistics) (Up to $3.5k VB / North)

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately within agreed timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions
• Provide general administrative support, including filing and office coordination
• Coordinate logistics and shipping activities, including container bookings and shipment tracking
• Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to support operations
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative functions
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience in logistics or shipping coordination is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
