Accounts Executive (Marine)

Job Description & Requirements

• Register sales, purchase invoices & credit notes in accounting software
• Monitor & Maintain books of accounts of the company in an orderly manner.
• Arrange for supplier’s payments
• Prepare & send statement of account for outstanding invoices to customers
• Process job costing
• Calculation of Workers Overtime
• To prepare & submit monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Monthly reports for management reporting
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor on time to time basis

• Min relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• Good analytical & numerical abilities
• Good knowledge of Singapore GST
• Good knowledge of accounting software’s work flow, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Min 3 years relevant experience as an Accountant
