Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting.

• Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance
• Create AR statement of account
• Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up
• Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
• MUFG netting declaration
• SAP clearance & off-set
• Audit report working and analysis

2.    TT remittance group netting /overseas agents, etc.

3.    Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.

4.    Follow-up inquiry and disputes.

5.    Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.

6.    Distribution of output to respective division.

7.    Prepare the prepaid Group breakbulk charges billing report.

8.    Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.

Qualifications:

§  Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance

§  Hands-on experience in accounting on inter-company global netting and keeping full set of accounts
