Accounts Executive (Netting) (West Area)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inter-company Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including overseas group netting activities.
• Perform reconciliation, verification, declaration, settlement, and clearance of inter-company balances.
• Prepare and issue Accounts Receivable statements of account and monitor outstanding balances.
• Reconcile AR and AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.
• Retrieve invoices and supporting documents from internal systems and overseas entities.
• Handle MUFG netting declarations, SAP clearing and offset transactions, and ensure timely processing of settlements.
• Prepare audit schedules, reports, and supporting analyses for internal and external audit requirements.
• Process telegraphic transfers (TT), group netting transactions, and payments to overseas agents.
• Coordinate banking transactions and maintain accurate netting templates for AR and AP settlements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, inquiries, and disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and electronic filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Distribute financial reports and settlement outputs to the respective business divisions.
• Support process improvement initiatives and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
