Accounts Executive (Permanent)

Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process payments, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting transactions
• Support invoicing, documentation, and other ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Experience handling partial sets of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Able to work independently in a small office environment
