Accounts Executive - Retail MNC/East/S$3200

A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support its Accounts Receivable function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting while contributing to efficient month-end closing and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable for retail and non-retail transactions, including collections and reconciliations.
• Prepare and post AR-related journal entries.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Process collections, refunds, and back-end payment transactions.
• Prepare accounting schedules, audit schedules, and sales submissions.
• Update foreign exchange rates and maintain accurate AR records.
• Support month-end closing activities and ad hoc finance projects.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry. Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
