Accounts Executive / Tuas Crescent / Full set of Accounting

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounts related matter (include cheque/cash payment, bank receipt, AR/AP transactions)
• Preparation of full set of accounts including tax provisions
• Manage cash flows
• Preparation and submission of GST/income tax returns
• Preparation of staff claims/reimbursements
• Preparation of financial budgets and forecasts
• Preparation of statutory financial statements
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and government authorities as required to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Preparation and administration of government grants
• Maintain good filing system
• Any other ad-hoc related duties and assignments assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Min Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Computer literate (ERP, MS Office, MS Outlook)
