Job Description - Accounts Executive (Up to $3,700) #BTS

Responsibilities

Handle monthly and quarterly billings and settlements
Perform weekly posting of accounting entries
Manage issuance of Receipts voucher for incoming funds/refunds and monthly entries
Update AR Aging Reports and follow up outstanding balances
Update Balance Sheet schedules and follow up on unbilled items
Retrieve quarterly Reports and variance analysis, reports for final settlements
Assist in year-end audit queries and supporting documents to auditors
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts/Finance
