Responsibilities
• Receive and process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests • Verify calculations and input codes accurately into Accounting system • Prepare payment in cheques and/or T.T remittance • Generate monthly profit and loss and balance sheet • Maintain and reconcile Bank Statement • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filing (such as GST) • Perform filing and administrative duties assigned by superiors
Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy with minimum one working year experience • Good communication skills • Highly independent and self-motivated • Working knowledge of accounting software stipulated in IRAS website an advantage • Willingness to maintain accounts of related group companies • All with experience welcome to apply
