Accounts Executive (up to $4,000 AWS PB Start work 29th June 2026)

• Immediate starter only (29th June 2026 start)
• Training and onboarding provided
• 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Base up to $4,000 + AWS + PB
• Amk/Serangoon Area

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and billing activities, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation
• Follow up on outstanding documents, purchase orders, and billing-related matters
• Prepare and post basic accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, and provisions
• Maintain financial schedules, records, and supporting documentation
• Support project administration activities, including purchase orders and project tracking
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and status updates in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Assist with general accounting and finance administration activities
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the finance team when required

Requirements

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• Experience in accounting, finance administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar support functions will be advantageous
• Familiarity with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or Microsoft Excel will be beneficial
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
