Job Scope

• Manage and process AR billing and monitor collections to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Process payments to selected vendors in accordance with company policies and approval workflows.
• Review, compile, and analyse financial information to prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices and proper monitoring of receivables.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records, including balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly schedules and reports to support management reporting.
• Maintain and support the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Provide administrative and billing support to the Sales Department, where required.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 - 4years of relevant experience in accounting role
