Accounts Executive Woodlands Up to $3500/mth

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Perform invoice matching and reconcile supplier statements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and vendors.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and other finance-related duties.
• Support ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR only.
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of Accounts Payable experience and/or experience using ERP systems (CSI preferred).
• Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
