ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/Officer

We are a SME (Facilities Management) company. We are station in the east side looking for suitable candidates(Account Officer/Executive).

Responsibilities

Responsible for full sets of accounts

Preparing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations

Providing support and advice to clients on accounting and financial matters

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Able to work in Industrial environment office

Diploma/Degree/ACCA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry

Proficient in using accounting software(INFOTECH etc) will be an added advantage

Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, IRAS, and MOM statutory requirements

Candidate who is available to start work within short notice will be ideal
